Marcus Pison
(General Manager/Founding Partner)
is in charge of operations and finance, as well as of management of key accounts. Marc was a founding partner and the director of operations for k2 interactive (Manila), acting as project manager for key corporate accounts, in addition to supervising the company’s administrative and financial operations. Previously, he was head of the Corporate Solutions Group at Infocom Technologies Inc., where he was responsible for business development. Marc has also worked in the financial sector as a senior trader and financial analyst for First Pacific Capital Corporation and Capital One Equities Corporation.

Dean Francis Alfar
(Chief Creative/Founding Partner)
oversees all aspects of creative and design work, ensuring the high quality of all of Kestrel ddm’s materials. Dean was previously GM of Pipeline Media as well as of k2 interactive (Hong Kong), with years of experience in brand management and content development.  He is an internationally-published and multi-awarded author (Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature, National Book Awards, Philippines Free Press Award) and the leading advocate of Philippine speculative fiction.

Nikki Go
(Editor-in-Chief)
manages the development of corporate communications, marketing copy, and custom content for film, television, or print productions. Nikki has served as senior editor for multiple publications and has developed content for some of the most prestigious names in Philippine business, including the Ayala Group of Companies, Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation, ABS-CBN, and San Miguel Corporation. Nikki’s writing has won her several awards (Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature, the National Book Award, Anvil Awards).

Teret Peña
(Head of Video Content)
brings over a decade’s worth of experience in conceptualizing and executing the production of TV ads, documentaries, TV magazines, and corporate, industrial and advocacy videos. Teret has written and produced material or Studio 23, ABS-CBN News Channel, Channel News Asia, CNBC-Asia, and Probe Productions. Her noted works include documentaries for World Wildlife Fund Philippines and Jesuit Communications Foundation.  Her series of institutional videos for Ayala Corporation won at the International Award Competition for Film and Video at the New York Festival.
